Data Coordinator
Organization
LA Voice believes all people have power and a voice. Every day, we organize to build that power by uniting diverse faith communities and equipping grassroots leaders to win systemic change that improves the lives of all county residents.
We are an interfaith, multi-racial, multi-cultural organization of 70 faith and spiritual communities representing more than 50,000 families across Los Angeles County. Our organizing model is rooted in faith-based community power-building and grounded in three core values: exponential growth of grassroots leadership, bridging across differences to build belonging, and confronting systems of power to achieve racial and economic justice.
LA Voice is part of the Faith in Action network and PICO California, both leading national and statewide organizing networks advancing racial, economic, and social justice through grassroots organizing.
LA Voice and LA Voice Action use integrated civic engagement strategies—including year-round voter engagement, field organizing, and electoral campaigns—to build long-term community power. Data plays a critical role in this work, ensuring that organizing, civic engagement, and leadership development efforts are strategic, coordinated, and effective.
